  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. raisins

  1. Put together all ingredients and blend well. Pour into greased 13x9x2 pan and bake at 325 degrees till done; let cool then dust with powdered sugar.
