Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Applesauce
  • 1 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 2 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Nuts, minced

Инструкции

  1. Combine sugar, butter and egg, beat till creamy. Add in all ingredients, except raisins.
  2. Beat till well mixed, stir in raisins by hand. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan, bake at 350 for 25-35 min. Cold. For frosting, combine all ingredients, except the pecans, mix till smooth. Frost cooled bars and sprinkle with pecans.
