1 c. butter, softened 2 c. sugar 2 large eggs 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (16 ounce) can applesauce 4 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon 1 teaspoon grnd allspice 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves

Инструкции

1. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.Stir soda and vanilla into applesauce. Put together flour and spices; add in to creamed mix alternately with applesauce mix, mixing after each addition.
