4 c. sauerkraut rinsed, liquid removed
2 c. sweetened applesauce

1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine

Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased 3 1/2-qt crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs.
