- For on top of biscuits.
- In a large mixing bowl put together flour, baking pwdr and baking soda; mix.2. With a fork blend butter to create pea size pcs, lightly stir in raisins.
- In another bowl put together applesauce and lowfat sour cream till blended. Stir in flour mix till dough holds together in a ball. Make cinnamon sugar. Sprinkle over ball and then knead once or possibly twice.
- Roll and cut biscuits. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
- Mix powdered sugar and hot coffee, just sufficient to make a glaze. Drizzle over hot biscuits.
