  • 1/2 c. bottled steak sauce
  • 1/4 c. bourbon whiskey
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 4 x beef rib, round, or possibly chuck steaks (10 ounce ea)

Инструкции

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the steaks in a baking dish or possibly resealable plastic storage bag; mix well. Add in the steaks; cover (or possibly seal) and chill for 2 hrs, or possibly overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 12 to 15 min, or possibly till desired doneness, turning them over halfway through the grilling.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
