Ингредиенты

  • 570 ml Boiling water, (1 pint)
  • 4 tsp Keemun tea leaves
  • 570 ml Sparkling apple juice, (1 pint)
  • 2 x Lemons, juice of Sugar or possibly honey to taste Red skinned apple slices to garnish Mint leaves to garnish

Инструкции

  1. Infuse the tea leaves in boiling water for 5 min. Strain into a jug and add in the apple juice, lemon juice and sugar or possibly honey to taste.
  2. Chill.
  3. Serve over plenty of crushed ice or possibly ice cubes and garnish with apple slices with the red skin left on, and a couple of mint leaves.
