Apple - Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream (8 ounce carton)
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. sliced cooking apples (1 lg. apple)
  • 1 c. finely minced nuts
  • 5 T brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Use electric mixer on medium speed to cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Turn mixer down to low and mix in large eggs, vanilla and lowfat sour cream; mix well on low speed. By hand mix in apples. Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Put together topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake 40-45 min or possibly till center springs back when pressed lightly. Don't overbake. Serves 16-20.
