Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. apple sauce
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T cocoa
  • 1 c. minced dates
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Инструкции

  1. Cream sugar and shortening, add in large eggs and applesauce. Sift flour with soda and spices and add in to creamed mix. Mix in dates and walnuts. Pour into greased and lightly floured loaf pans, either 2 loaf pans or possibly an angel food pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
