  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk, Sweetener = 12 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 c. Raisins,
  • 1 tsp Vanilla,
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon,
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg,
  • 1 x Apple,
  • 1/4 tsp Ascorbic acid colour keeper

Инструкции

  1. In a saucepan, combine cooked rice, skim lowfat milk, sweetener, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for five min or possibly till most of moisture evaporates and mix is creamy. Core and shred apple and sprinkle with ascorbic acid colour keeps. Stir apple into rice mix. Cooke for 2-3 min longer or possibly till apple is soft. Spoon into serving dish or possibly dessert dishes. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
