  • 1/2 c. Margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Egg beaters 99% egg substitute (equal to 2 Large eggs)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 4 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 3 x Apples minced

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream sugar and margarine. Add in egg substitute and vanilla. Beat well. Add in combined flour,spices, and baking pwdr. Mix well. Mix in raisins and apples. Pour into 9- by 9-inch pan sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Bake 55 min.
