  • 1 x 9 inch pie shell
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. (1 lb. 4 ounce. each) sliced Apples
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

Инструкции

  1. Combine undrained apples and all except butter. Mix lightly. Spoon ingredients into pastry shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 425 for min.
  2. Serve hot or possibly cool. This is an American version of "Apple Nianih Chinn Oir"
