1 can (16 ounce) applesauce 3 c. Oatbran 2 x Egg whites 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr

1/2 c. Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1 c. Raisins, (optional)

1. Mix above well and spoon into paper muffin c. placed into muffin tin. Cook at 425 F for 17 minutes.
2. Makes 12 muffins.
