Ингредиенты

1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Apples (pared, cored & Diced)

1 1/2 tsp Minced fresh mint
1/4 c. Apple juice

Инструкции

Heat butter in pan. Add in sugar & caramelize. Add in apples, mint & juice.
Simmer 5-6 min. Serve on side with lamb.
