  • 10 x pork sausage links
  • 3/4 lb cooked kielbasa sausage cut into 10 slices
  • 1/4 c. apple juice
  • 1/4 c. apple jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 6 ounce thinly-sliced Canadian bacon

Инструкции

  1. Bring sausage links, kielbasa slices, and apple juice to a boil over medium heat; cook covered 5 min. Remove cover; reduce heat to medium-low and cook 15 min, turning sausages frequently. Remove kielbasa from skillet.
  2. Continue cooking sausage links till browned, about 2 to 3 min. Remove links from skillet; reserve 2 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Stir in apple jelly and syrup. Add in Canadian bacon. Cook till thoroughly heated. Add in kielbasa and links; cover with glaze.
  3. Arrange on serving platter; spoon remaining glaze over top.
  4. This recipe yields 10 servings.
