1/2 c. frzn apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. cool water

1 tsp unflavored kosher gelatin

Combine apple juice concentrate and water in a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over top, and wait 2 min. Heat, stirring constantly, over very low heat till gelatin is dissolved. Cold slightly.
