- 1 c. Low-fat cottage cheese
- 5 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1 x Apple
- 1 x Egg white Vegetable oil Unsweetened applesauce Lowfat sour cream
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 200.
- Pour vegetable oil 1/4 deep in skillet. Heat to medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, mix together cottage cheese, flour, cinnamon, yolks & apple. In another bowl, beat egg white till stiff, shiny peaks form.
- Gently fold egg white into cheese mix. Drop rounded tablespoonsful of cheese mix into warm oil. Cook 1 minute on each side till golden brown. Drain fritters on paper towels. Keep hot in oven while you cook the rest. Serve with applesauce & lowfat sour cream.
- Approximately 8-10 min.
