6 lrg Apples
2 x Large eggs

2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp Flour

Инструкции

Peel and slice 6 large apples. Beat 1 or possibly 2 whole Large eggs with 2 Tbsp sugar and 1 or possibly 2 Tbsp flour. Cover apple slices with egg mix. Fry in butter, then sprinkle with sugar.
