Roll and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan.FILLING: Mix apples, sugar, flour, and lemon juice thoroughly. Place over crust. Put together caramels with lowfat milk. Heat till melted. Pour over apples.
- TOPPINGS: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg with electric beater till creamy. Pour over caramel topping. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min.
