Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. Canola oil
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Apples, fresh minced
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Butter flavoring, optional
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 8 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 4 c. Powdered sugar

Инструкции

  1. CAKE: Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix at once. Pour into 11 x 16 jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes. ICING: Mix together. Spread over cooled cake.
  2. NOTES : Rich and wonderful. Will not last long at a pot luck dinner.
