  • 1 c. shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/4 c. diced Granny Smith apples
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
  • 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

  2. Whisk together in a small bowl the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well. Cover and chill for 30 min before serving.
