  • 1 1/2 c. Oil
  • 3 c. Flour (do not sift)
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 c. Minced apples, unpeeled

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients except apples with mixer. Mix in apples. Bake in Bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour 15 min. Grease & flour pan very well so apples will not stick.
