- Place the apples, sugar and Cinnamon in a large pan with 2 - 3 tsp water. Cook till soft. Mix in the raspberries and leave to cold.
- Place the fruit in a large ovenproof dish or possibly individual ramekin dishes. Whip the cream, gently mix in the fromage frais and spoon this mix over the apple. Refrigeratewell, preferably overnight.
- Mix the demerara sugar with the Cinnamon and sprinkle proportionately over the cream's surface. Place the dessert under a warm grill till brown and bubbly. Allow to cold before serving.
