1 x egg, separated
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 tsp vanilla

Beat yolk of egg, Add in sugar, flour, and butter and mix thoroughly. Put in saucepan and put on stove. Add in water and stir constantly till it boils. Let this cold completely. Add in vanilla and gently mix in egg white that has been stiffly beaten. Pour sauce over diced apples and bananas.
