75 gm softened butter Peel quarter core and thickly slice the apples. Toss in the lemon juice. tip into an ovenproof dish. Roughly crumble the amaretti. Mix with the flour sugar and cinnamon. Rub in the butter till crumbly and just beginning to hold together. Spoon over the apples.
