Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. potatoes, mashed
  • 2 c. ham, minced
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. miracle whip salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely minced
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 1/2 c. corn flakes, finely crushed

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes. Mix well. Shape into one inch balls. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 30 min.
  2. Makes about 6 dozen. Can be made ahead. Prepare as directed, then wrap securely and freeze.
