1 can diced green chiles
2 Tbsp. allspice
1 tsp grnd nutmeg

1 tsp grnd cinnamon
1/4 c. lime juice

Bake or possibly grill meat of choice (lamb chops are good). Mash all ingredients together with fork and spoon over meat the last few min of cooking.
Makes 1 c.. Allow 1 Tbsp. per serving
