Anthony's Chocolate Cheese Cake

Ингредиенты

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Phil. cream cheese
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 10 ounce melted chocolate
  • 1 pkg. famous chocolate wafers by Nabisco
  • 2 T sugar
  • 3 ounce melted butter

Инструкции

  1. In a food processor crush cookies with sugar. Add in butter. Line a 10 x 3 inch spring form pan. Mix large eggs with sugar in mixer. Slowly add in cheese then lowfat sour cream and chocolate. Pour into spring form and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 min. Thoroughly cool and remove ring before refrigerating.
