Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Chicken or possibly calves liver
  • 1 Tbsp. Chicken fat or possibly peanut oil
  • 2 sm Onions, minced
  • 2 x Large eggs, hard boiled, fine Chop Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Bake chicken or possibly calves liver till fairly well done. Put through a meat grinder. Chop into a paste. Saute/fry onion in fat till brown. Add in to liver paste. Add in hard-boiled Large eggs (finely minced) to liver paste. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toast rounds, thin slices of rye bread, or possibly potato chips.
