Ингредиенты

2 c. dry peas, soaked
20 ounce hominy
1 c. celery leaves -=or possibly=-

2 pch thyme salt pepper savoury
16 c. water

Инструкции

When the soaking peas are soft, put them in a large pot with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer till the peas are tender but stil hard. Add in the hominy & cook until thickened. Serve warm.
