Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Carrots, peeled, sliced
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Anise, crushed
  • 6 Tbsp. Orange juice

Инструкции

  1. Cook carrots in salted water till tender. Drain.
  2. Saute/fry onion in 2 tbs. of butter till soft.
  3. Return carrots to saucepan. Add in remaining butter, anise and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook over medium heat till butter has melted and ingredients have blended. Stir occasionally. Serve warm.
