Angie Eggs

This recipe is from my Sister-in-law. It's her version of an omelet. My boys absolutely love these eggs.

Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 3 slices of ham (diced)
  • 12 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • 1 small can of pieces and stems mushrooms (drained)
  • 1/2 c shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 2 1/2 T butter

Инструкции

  1. In a large skillet add butter and melt.
  2. Then add the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, bacon, sausage, and ham. Cook tell meat is done.
  3. Then add the eggs, cheese and tomatoes. Stir all together while cooking to make scrabbled eggs.
  4. All is done once the eggs an completely done.
