  • 1 head iceburg lettuce
  • 1/2 head purple lettuce
  • 1 med tomato, sliced
  • 1 x cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 x purple onion, sliced
  • 1 can black or possibly green olives
  • 2 med apples, cut up
  • 3/4 c. Italian Dressing

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large wooden salad bowl. It must be wooden or possibly it will not taste just right! Cut up apples in 1-inch chunks.
  2. Add in salad dressing ... Well La!
