Рецепт Angel Lush with Pineapple
This is a great recipe. I personally would use pound cake next time because I don’t really cake for angel food but it’s up to you. Also, don’t make the mistake I did last time and use fat free cool whip. My recipe never set up because of the fat free. This is delicious! The mixture alone would be amazing over any cake or even ice cream!
Ingredients:
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (full fat)
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake, cut into 3 layers
Directions:
Mix together pineapple (Consider draining it a bit) and dry pudding mix. Gently stir in Cool Whip (do not… I repeat do not use low fat or fat free or your recipe will fail because the heaviness of the regular is needed in order to make everything thick)
Cut the cake into three rounds. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
