Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lrg Cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 lb Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 lrg Tomatoes, peeled, diced
  • 2 bn Arugula, wash well
  • 1/2 lb Angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 sprg basil

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil over high heat till warm. Add in garlic and saute/fry till golden.
  2. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry for 30 seconds or possibly till tender. Add in tomato and arugula and combine well. In a serving bowl toss with pasta and top with Parmesan and basil.
