Рецепт Angel Food Waldorf Cake

I used the special dark blend cocoa for this cake

Chill the cake 4 hours after frosting to make it firm enough to hold shape well
Slice off top 1" horizontally; set aside. Then carefully carve out inner portion of cake, leaving 1" bottom and side walls intact
Fill cavity carefully and press it down lightly to avoid air holes in filling
In this, an earlier cake, I used regular cocoa so the whipped cream mixture is a lighter color
After frosting, the cake made with regular cocoa is chilled well before serving.
