  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 4 slc angel food cake
  • 4 scoop vanilla ice cream

  1. In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.
  2. On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop of ice cream. Spoon berry mix over and around the cake.
