Amish Honey-Fruit Dressing

I had a dessert in Lancaster Pa. It was a slice of plain pound cake and berries over the top, but, the berries where mixed with this dressing and it was fantastic!

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1/2 tsp grated lime rind
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and chill for at least an hour.
  2. Pour over fruit slice or berries
  3. makes 1 cup
