Ингредиенты

4 1/2 c. Flour 4 tsp Baking pwdr 1 tsp Salt 4 Tbsp. Sugar 2 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly lard - rounded 2 x Large eggs

1 1/3 c. Lowfat milk Topping--------------------- 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 c. Flour 1/2 c. Sugar

Инструкции

1. Sift flour, add in baking pwdr, salt, sugar. Sift three times. Chop butter in with spoon. Beat up whites till stiff. Add in egg yolks, beat.
2. Add in lowfat milk. Beat all together, turn into 2 square pans and spread with the topping mix.
