e%20oven%20temperature%20to%20300%C2%BA%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebake%20the%20biscotti%20for%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eanother%2015%20to%2020%20minutes.%20Remove%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20remove%20the%20biscotti%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eonto%20a%20wire%20rack%20for%20cooling.%20%20Note%20that%20the%20cookies%20will%20crisp%20as%20they%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecool.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStore%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ein%20an%20airtight%20container%20for%20up%20to%20a%20week...%20though%20I%20can't%20vouch%20for%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20freshness%20at%20that%20point%20as%20ours%20never%20lasted%20more%20than%20a%20few%20days.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELiv%20Life%20Note:%20%20When%20baking,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20not%20always%20one%20to%20measure%20my%20ingredients%20(much%20to%20my%20Mother's%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehorror)%20and%20the%20first%20time%20I%20made%20this%20recipe%20I%20did%20not%20read%20it%20all%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eway%20through...%20Susi%20calls%20for%20%221%20cup%20of%20Nutella,%20divided.%20%20My%20first%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebatch%20used%20the%20entire%201%20cup%20in%20the%20recipe%20and%20it%20turned%20out%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewonderfully.%20%20In%20my%20past%20few%20batches%20I%20haven't%20even%20bothered%20to%20measure%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20Nutella,%20and%20have%20just%20eyeballed%20the%20amount.%20%20They%20have%20all%20been%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esuccessful!%20%20Hence%20I%20increased%20her%20original%20measurement%20by%202%20Tbs...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
