  • 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds, roasted and finely minced
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Amaretto
  • 24 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. whipping cream
  • 1/3 c. blanched whole almonds, toasted and grnd
  • 1/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
  • 1-1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
