  • 3 c. white wine
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. peanuts, minced in a blen-
  • 1 x der or possibly food processor
  • 3 Tbsp. grnd warm red pepper
  • 3 x green onions, minced

Инструкции

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil and serve warm.
  2. This sauce is also wonderful served with grilled rabbit, but be sure to cut the recipe at least by half.
