Ingredients:
- Potato - 3 Numbers , Skin peeled and Diced halves
- Carrot - 1 number
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tea spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Water - As needed
- Oil - 1 tea spoon

ALOO TIKKI RECIPE | POTATO RECIPES | LOW FAT RECIPES
Method :
Take a pressure cooker add the potatoes , carrot , Red chilli powder , salt and sprinkle very little water . Cover with the lid and pressure cook for 2 hisses .
Allow the pressure to cool down completely . Transfer the contents to pan . Add the ginger garlic paste , Garam Masala powder and Mash them .
Make small ball from the mixture and tap them between your palm in to a patty .
Heat a griddle , add oil . Transfer the patties to the griddle and cook them in a medium flame till they turn golden brown color .
Flip to the other side and cook till they become brown in color .
Serve this with some Ketchup . Yummy Aloo Tikki is ready to serve .
Notes :
If the consistency to make the patties are very loose add a tablespoon of flour of your choice and mix them with the potatoes to make the patties .
