  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. green masala (or possibly mild green masala)
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 lrg Potatoes, peeled and minced
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn green peas
  • 1/4 c. Cashews (opt)

  2. In large skillet, heat oil. Add in green masala, onion and salt and fry till mix is brown and fragrant. Add in potatoes and water. Cover, lower heat and cook about 20 min till potatoes are tender. Add in peas and cook 2 or possibly 3 min or possibly till pease are heated through. Serve hot with cashews sprinked on top.
