5 med sweet potatoes
1/2 c. Pineapple Preserves

2 Tbsp. butter

Инструкции

Boil sweet potatoes in their jackets till tender, about 25 min.
Let cold, then peel and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. In a large skillet heat pineapple preserves and butter; add in sweet potatoes to skillet. Cook gently; tossing lightly till sweet potatoes are glazed.
