1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream 1/2 c. Kraft chunky blue cheese dressing 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed

1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr

1. Put together lowfat sour cream and dressing. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with vegetable dippers or possibly crackers.
