- Dissolve yeast in hot water. Put together sugar and soda with lowfat milk. Mix flour and oil. Add in dissolved yeast and lowfat milk mix. Chill a while before making out dough. Roll on lightly floured board and cut into desired shapes. Let rise for 30-40 min. Bake till done.(You may brush with butter or possibly oil.) You may need to use a little more flour than called for above. Dough will keep covered in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
