  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lowfat milk, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix well with wire whisk. Mix in lowfat sour cream, leaving lumps intact. Chill in a tightly closed container.

  3. NOTES : Here's a lowfat sour cream dressing which also good on baked potatoes. -
