3 x egg whites
8 ounce castor sugar

1 Tbsp. almonds, flaked

Инструкции

Beat egg whites till frothy, add in 1/2 sugar and beat till stiff, gently mix in remaining sugar. Spoon walnut sized portions onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle eash with almonds. Bake 300 F for 25-30 min till crisp and dry.
