Ингредиенты

  • 175 gm butter
  • 100 gm icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 x egg
  • 225 gm flour - sifted
  • 50 gm pecans - minced coarsely
  • 100 gm almonds - minced coarsely

Инструкции

  1. Method:CREAM butter and icing sugar. Add vanilla essence and egg. Continue to cream until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and stir in minced pecans.
  2. Roll out dough to 1/2 cm thickness and cut out with a cookie cutter. Place on greased baking trays. Brush with egg white and press lightly with minced almonds.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 min or possibly until golden. Leave on the baking sheet for two min, then transfer to a wire rack to cold.
